Established in 1984, Vulcan Excess & Surplus Insurance Service, Inc. has been serving the Inland Empire and surrounding area for over twenty years. We represent some of the best surplus lines companies available. Our primary markets are general liability and commercial property, including excess and umbrella policies. We can also help with dwellings (low and high value) and inland marine.

Vulcan Insurance understands that the market is a very competitive, and therefore we try to give the best service possible with quick turnaround and phone quotes. Our primary markets are "in house" companies so we have quoting, binding and issuance authority to give you that extra service you are looking for.

We are very interested in working with a broker who has a book of business that needs to find a home! We do not have minimum production requirements nor do we have high minimum premiums.
